CANCELLATIONS . NO SHOWS

EARLYCHECK-OUTS . LATE ARRIVALS

• December 15 – January 4th – 21 days prior to arrival - Full revenue penalty equivalent to the number of nights confirmed at the confirmed room category and rate will apply.
  
• January 5 – April 15th – 21 days prior to arrival – Three (3) nights revenue will apply.
  
• April 16th – December 14th – One (1) night revenue will apply.
  
• FULL REVENUE WILL APPLY FOR NO-SHOWS, EARLY CHECKOUTS AND LATE ARRIVALS
